The Fedwire Funds Service operates on business days, opening at 8:00 p.m. CT on the preceding calendar day and closing at 6:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday, excluding designated holidays. For example, the Monday business day opens at 8:00 p.m. CT on Sunday evening.You can submit outgoing wire transfers through the Lead API twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. If a submission occurs outside of the Fedwire Funds Service operating hours, Lead will wait until Fedwire opens before submitting those transfers for processing.
Lead’s wire submission cutoff time is 4:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday. Outgoing wire transactions submitted after this cutoff will be processed on the next business day. For example, an outgoing wire created at 4:05 p.m. CT on Monday will be processed on Tuesday.
