Implementation Kickoff
Kick off with our program and technical teams to align on use cases, timelines, money movement, and due diligence requirements.
Funds Flow
Align on data structures, fields, and delivery methods (API + SFTP).
Most data must be delivered to Lead by 6:00 a.m. CT on T+1.
Sandbox Testing
Begin sandbox testing once schemas and cadences are finalized.
After seven days of successful testing, production testing may begin. Expect multiple testing rounds across datasets.
Production Testing Prerequisites
Complete all onboarding requirements, including the questionnaire, due diligence, executed agreements, and partner account opening.
Production Testing
You typically complete production testing with your own employees.
We require the same seven days of successful tests prior to go-live and ramping traffic up to 100%.
Go Live Prerequisites
Complete all prerequisites, including the internal risk assessment and approval, as well as full due diligence.
Complete diligence two weeks prior to go-live.
